v0.05 Larva update

Additions

• Larva fully implemented with animations and ability to attack
• Larva and rats now leave corpses behind.
• Ship Event added to the game

Bug Fixes

• Ted should not appear dead and alive on the same level
• After unlocking the Nailgun, there is a chance of nails being found on each level
• Rats now have ears to help them look like rats.
