v0.05 Release!

This is the final update before the end of the Game Jam.
I had hoped to have more levels completed. But this does stand on its own as a full game.

Additions:

• Added walking sound effects.
• Added door sound effects
• Added Level Transition "cut scene"
• Added game intro text (only visible during first play through)
